Having its headquarters at Bilaspur run by a dedicated team of young and experienced professionals. We are committed to develop sustainable, Cost effective solutions and not just products. Our state of art manufacturing plant is located at Chhatauna near New High Court Bilaspur C.G.. Plant is facilitated by Central laboratory with facility of Material and Product Testing.

Core Facilities

Laboratory Testing

RCC central laboratory is facilitated with National and International testing equipment’s. Materials are tested for its compliance. Each and every batch of Produced are tested for Compressive strength, Water Absorption, Size, etc.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

RCC team of Engineers and Technicians ensure that materials are inspected tested and used accordance with Inspection and Test Plan. Mix designs of Blocks are developed based on meeting criteria of Strength parameters and Water Absorption. Final Products are tested for each batch of Production to ensure it complies before dispatch.

Production

Production Facility is equipped with sophisticated machine which controls highest standard of measurements. The machines are operated under PLC control system. The Delivery is done on standard Ready Mix Concrete carrier.

Readymix Concrete Division

Inspection and Test plan has been developed to ensure that raw material incoming, Production in process and Final Product are testing for its compliance.

R&D

Central Laboratory is working constantly to develop the product to provide concrete solution into construction industry.
